Off the radar books

Here are a few of my favourite recent books that no one seems to know exist.

A guy has a few too many drinks one night and buys an Italian villa online for one Euro.

This is crazy funny and uplifting at the same time. My kind of book.

Just 23 ratings on GoodReads. Insanity.

Best of all, the author is Australian.

Obviously, the guy who wrote ‘The Book Thief’ isn’t exactly flying under the radar.

But this novel has only 2,694 Good Reads Reviews compared to 2,758,083 for ‘The Book Thief’.

If you’ve ever loved a rescue dog, you are guaranteed to cry.

Just 416 ratings for this one and maybe my favourite book of the year so far.

I laughed out loud… a lot.

But also be prepared for a few tears and lashings of wisdom.

What under the radar books can you recommend?
